We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in its original packaging, and can be restocked. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Any product returns received which are used/not restockable will be scrapped and cannot be returned. There will be no refund issued in this case.

You (the customer) pays outbound and return freight; Freight Collect shipments will be refused by vendors at the dock.

To start a return, contact us at info@backyardplaza.com. You will then be issued an RMA through us from select vendor. RMA# will be provided and must be noted on packaging. Products can only be returned with an issued RMA#.

Please be aware that RMA’s covers the cost of the product only. They do not cover outbound or return freight. Please insure that any return shipment is made either via freight prepaid or 3rd party billing to your account. 

If your return request is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.


Returns will be refunded once received and confirmed that the product is unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Returns received which cannot be restocked will not be refunded and the product will be scrapped.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
